Burton The Burton family just moved to Farmington in August of 2006, and having finally settled the children are now in school and the parents back to work. Having moved from the big city the children are having a hard time adjusting to life in Farmington; however, once Michael was transferred to be head of the town's transportation department his wife Rachelle couldn't help but agree to the move, now working as a writer for the local newspaper. Colvin A twice divorced mother named Christina along with two children from each husband live with their grandmother Lila. After leaving the state to live with her second husband the recent divorce sent her and her kids back to live with their grandmother/mom. Christina works for the park department while the grandmother is retired and helps around the home. (4 children. Mother and Grandmother playable if desired, otherwise they will stay NPC.)
Dawl The Dawl family has spent nearly the last twenty three years in Farmington, Daniel and Fiona Dawl moved to the town as newly weds, raising their children in the little city they fell in love with. Daniel works in management and Fiona as a doctor in the delivery ward of Farmington General, they always made sure to support their children in their pursuits and lifestyles.

Easton George and Barbara Easton had tried for years to have children of their own, and had almost given up when their dream finally came true. Their family beginning late in life they had become much more strict and prude than they would have been when they first began to start a family, and thusly their children have been noted to be more shy and prude themselves. George helps provide for the family by heading the local historical society while Barbara runs a day care in their home. The children all have been driven into extracurriculars to help them steer clear of the dangers that teenage life brings. Fairchild Nina Fairchild used to be one of Farmington's most promising citizens, she was of a upper-class and highly respected family. It had even been speculated that she and Mister Valer were to get engaged at one point in time; however, Nina cracked under the stress, and turned to more vile ways to deal with stress, having become prgnant in high school her family decided a move would be good, although now with all her children reaching teenaged she has returned to try and pick up the pieces. Gomez A family of hispanic origin, Mauriza a loving mother works as an elementary school teacher while the father, Eduardo though strict is a very loving man who works as city Treasurer. Fairly new to Farmington's the family has only been in town for a year. (5-7 children. Parents playable if desired, otherwise they will stay NPC.)
Hamilton Mister Greg Hamilton is a single father who came to Farmington trying to help his family live better. Currently employed as a manager at the local Big-K, Greg does the best he can in order to help make sure his kids get the most of their upbringing. (CHILDREN FULL. Inoue The Inoue family, of Japanese origin, is one of the more well known families in the Farmington area - the children all seemed to excell in either sports or education while the father, Jou, is a successful lawyer and their mother, Ansi, runs her own nursery and U-pick gardens. Also, Jou's father, Arima, lives with the family. (1-3 Children. Parents and Arima playable if desired, otherwise will remain NPC.)

Konsley Aaron, the father of the family, had recently got a better job working as a social worker this family of African American descent moved to Farmington, while his wife Regina continued her teaching career as a Biology major at Farmington Community College. Lee Brandon Lee, a successful business man by day and a fun loving father by night, has been transferred with is job to the town of Farmington. Brandon has two wonderful children, a boy and a girl. Leroux The Leroux family is a Canadian family that have come from Toronto, Ontario to get away from some problems. Their mother opened a bakery in town that sells some of the best cookies and pies ever called "Farmington Bakery" and the family lives in the house above it. The mother had the first kid at 18 and is now 47 so kids have a large range of ages to choose from. They fled to Farmington because of their mothers ex wanting her back and turning to violence to try and win her back, so they're pretty much in hiding. (4 Children. Morrow Dean Morrow's dream always was to be the owner of a prestigious restaurant and after being top chief for 3 years at the same job, he decided to go off and start his own place. Thus moving to Farmington and starting the Sparrow's Den, dragging his family along with him. A single father after his wife, Maura, passed away giving birth to their youngest of 4, Dean works hard to hold up the fort and also keep his restaurant at the peak of Farmington's list. (4 children. Mullins Kevin Mullins grew up knowing he'd been different; however, it didn't stop him from finding a girl in high school to settle down with and marry. Eventually starting a family and continuing to push aside the feelings he had. It was only two years ago when he finally figured things out and admitted he was a homosexual. He left his now ex-wife, Nina, and children their old house, also helping with their finances (as he made a decent salary at Big Fish Aquarium), moving to find his own, he'd never intended to hurt his family; and since his children have moved in with him calling his home their own. (5 children, Kevin playable if desired, otherwise will stay NPC.)
Nelson The Nelsons knew their way around the picket lines back in the day both very active in political standpoints. However once Tobey and Emma settled and got married they had to also get real jobs and a way to support their new growing family. Tobey as the head manager of the Community cener while Emma does work at Happy smiles daycare. Tobey has seemed to change and mature since their rebellious days; however, Emma is still as livid and open to everybody's rights and causes. (6 Children. Olera Mrs. Sandra Olera never married but had always wanted children, at the age of twenty five she'd moved to Farmington and began adopting children who needed good homes. She found a nice paying job at Insurance and Investments, although with ten children there was still financle struggle. Through it all Mrs. Olera taught the kids that in life being there for your family and love were far more important than money. (10 children. Mrs. Olera playable if desired, otherwise she will stay NPC.)
Quincey Life hasn't always been easy for Abigale and Tony Quincey, their love often misunderstood by many outside of their intimate circle. You see, Tony was a black man while Abigale was a white woman, and when they met near twenty five years ago people were more willing to turn up their noses; however the couple is still going strong, earning a nice living with Tony as the head of the school board and Abigale as a billing clerk for a local law firm, Farmington has provided a nice home for their growing family. Shott Mrs. Evelyn Shott with her husband Mr. Joseph Shott moved to Farmington to spend their golden years - both retired; however, after the passing of their daughter and her husband they've had to take the grandchildren to raise and care for. Tyler The Tyler family has been living in Farmington for the last 5 years after Stephan Tyler lost his job as an accountant and Mary Tyler was offered a job at Gleaming White DSS. Stephan has yet to accept the fact that he was fired and has become a rather unstable man, constantly causing problems for his kids- both emotionally and physically while Mary keeps busy so she will never have to listen to her children complain about their father. Upton Dave Upton is a man of matured years, much older than his second wife Lacey actually. Though the two somehow managed to fall in love back when he was the night manager of Keaton's, his current job, and she was a beginning busser, the age difference so severe back then, when she was but fifteen and he was twenty seven; however, by time she was nineteen and he was thirty one they were unsepreable. Starting a family of their own, along with Dave's two children from his previous marriage they have been together through all of life's rough points. Valer Mr. Kenneth Valer, town mayor, seen as a good leader though awfully corrupt. Also, continuing with an affair with the family's help, Miss Alexa Whitford. Meanwhile Mrs. Grace Valer holds most of the social clubs for the city as well as keeping her own affair with Mr. Werner under wraps. Werner Shawn Werner, town scum, owner of Dreamz, father, and Mrs. Valer's secret lover.
